Earth Brothers Hemp (EBH) is closely following directions from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding regular cleaning and sanitizing as one of the most important measures against the spread of COVID-19. Our company began securing all supplies needed to ensure all areas remain disinfected with the initial onset of the virus abroad. In additional to existing safety protocols that require fulfillment team members to wear protective gloves and N95 masks, below is a list of actions we have taken and will continue to practice ensuring a safe experience for all.
Cleaning and disinfecting all areas in the product fulfillment department and frequently touched surfaces, including:
- Stored products and racks
- Shipping materials
- Doorknobs
- Countertops
- Computers
- Phones
- Desks
Cleaning workspaces frequently, including the:
- Common areas
- Restrooms
- Sales floor
Requiring employee cleanliness:
- Washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after being in a public place, nose blowing, coughing, or sneezing
- Using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
- Covering all surfaces of hands and rubbing them together until they feel dry
- Making hand sanitizer available to all team members
- Avoiding touch to nose, eyes, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Providing tissues to cover coughs and sneezes
- More frequent trash removal and sanitizing trash receptacles
- Sick employees are not to report to work and can not without medical clearance
All of our hemp cultivation, manufacturing and testing are done in the United States and meet GMP standards. All final products are shipped out from our in-house fulfillment center in South Florida that has undergone deep cleaning and disinfecting.
